Gilan Shehata
Gilan Shehata is the founder of Beauty Crowns Ministry. Her life is dedicated to empowering women to see themselves the way God sees them, to live up to their full potential in Christ.
Gilan ministers to women in churches, prisons, drugs and alcohol recovery centers as well as in domestic violence shelters. She has a heart for the neglected, hurt and abused to taste the love of the Father and to step into their destiny and calling.
She is originally from Egypt. She moved to the USA in 1999, started her ministry as a worship leader and currently has 2 albums in Arabic.
Gilan has been happily married for over 14 years to her encouraging and supportive husband Sherif Shehata. They are the proud parents of two daughters Rionna and Maya.
